Come out for this very special event and be part of the 4th Annual MJS 5K to raise funds for the MJS Turnaround Achievement Scholarships!
T-Shirts will be given to all registered, paid participants who are registered by 5/8/20. All shirts will be adult sizes & dry fit material.
Please note: this year we will allow strollers, but we ask that you start at the back of the group and make way for runners/walkers along the sidewalks. No scooters or bikes. Thank you!
We are relocating this year!!
We are partnering with Lower Dauphin's Lend A Hand event at the Lower Dauphin Middle School. This event includes:
- Field Hockey Tournament
- Softball game
- kids play area
- Concessions
- How fast can you hit a hockey ball/throw a baseball (clocked by PA State Police)
- Live/Silent Auction & Raffle
- & More

Donate your gently used sneakers & athletic shoes!
This year we will also be collecting sneakers for Sneakers4Funds. Bring your gently worn used or new sneakers/athletic shoes, tied at the strings to throw in our collection bin. Each pound of sneakers we collect earns us a donation. Your sneakers will be cleaned up and re-distributed around the world. Please no heavily worn shoes, shoes with holes or any shoe other than a sneaker or athletic shoe (cleats, high tops, sneakers etc.).

2019 Race Route
The 5K will be 3.1 miles and start and end at the West Hanover Township Recreation Center (628 Walnut Avenue Harrisburg, PA 17112). No strollers, bikes or scooters due to the amount of sidewalks in the route!
