Description
Join us for the second annual Bridge to Bench fundraiser, hosted by Muskie's Bridge. Our mission is to empower caregivers with comprehensive resources, education, and support that transform the healthcare journey.
We are dedicated to equipping caregivers with practical tools and compassionate guidance, enabling them to:
- Take an active and confident role in patient care
- Improve overall patient outcomes
- Reduce preventable hospital readmissions
- Alleviate family stress
- Enhance communication between caregivers and healthcare providers
As part of our nation's 250th anniversary celebration, the Muskie's Bridge Foundation will commemorate this milestone by placing two time capsules at the base of Muskie's Bench along the Ligonier Trail during our upcoming walk.
