Fox Trot 5k XC Run and 1 Mile Walk (Draft)

Hosted by the NFS Cross Country Team, Fox Trot is open to all students, siblings, parents, alumni, and friends. Registration begins on the back blacktop near the fields at 8:00am. The 5K timed race will begin at 9:00am sharp and the 1 mile walk begins at 9:15am. The course will take participants on George School campus before ending back at NFS for refreshments, awards, and a Fox Trot t-shirt and gift for all participants!
