" 2nd Annual Cider N Spice" 5k w/1mile fun run/walk

SRR and The Women's Empowerment Series Proudly Present The "Cider N Spice 5k" and 1mile fun run/walk 
Date: SATURDAY November 9th, 2019 The Proceeds will Benefit Lady Veterans 
(All finishers will receive a unique dog tag to commemorate the event to go along w/apple cider and spice cookies)  
 
Location/Registration: 401 N. Whitehall rd.  Norristown, PA 19403 day of registration will take place at the Whitehall parking lot.  Parking will be across the Street in the Norristown school parking lot.  

Time: 5k will start promptly @9:00AM and the 1Mile fun run/walk will follow immediately after the 5k start   , Day of Registration will open @7:45 AM

Course:  it will be a custom scenic course specifically catered to runners. The 5k will be a single loop on the trail and will start and end at the same location. 

Amenities:  EVERY runner will receive a unique dog tag, apple cider, spice cookies and Camo shirt!!

Fees: 5k  $25 May 17th-June 1st,  $30 July 12th-October 1st,  $35 October 2nd-Novermber 9th, Day of $40 Walk- $10

 
  Top 3 over all Male + Female will receive  awards.  Also, Top masters and the Top 3 in the following age groups: 14 and under 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+ Plus a special award to the fastest overall veteran.  There will also be team awards based on time and a special award to the team with the most participants 

Teams: Teams must consist of at least 5 People (awards will be time based) Team participants will STILL be eligible for over all awards 

Missions Statement: To teach, support, motivate & EMPOWER women & girls globally to find their VOICE through interactive Health Education, Advocacy and Entrepreneurship Programs.
