Race for Our Lady of Constantinople

The Race for Our Lady of Constantinople is back for its 7th year.

The 5k race is a point to point race. The race starts from Old Forge High School Veterans Memorial Stadium and runs through the streets of Old Forge passing through locations such as The Old Forge Cemetery, Old Forge Veterans Memorial Stadium, up Main street heading to the Felittese Chapel grounds of the Annual Felittese Italian Festival.

Race Starts: at Old Forge Veterans Memorial Stadium on the morning of Sept. 10th 2023 Elio Ghigarelli dr. 301 1st St. at 8am 

Race Ends: at the Felittese Chapel 145 3rd St. 

Race starts at 8am

Day of registration & packet pick-up opens at 7am Infront of the Field house of the football stadium on 301 1st St. registration will close 15minutes prior to start of the race.

Did you know that the Felitesse Festival is centered around the Feast Day of Our Lady of Constantinople? the 3 day event is celebrated every year the 2nd weekend of September with homemade food, entertainment . On Sunday following mass there is a procession from St. Mary's Church on the corner of W. Grace & Lawrence St. to the Chapel grounds. All proceeds return to the Felittese association and distributed throughout the Community programs & various charity's Felitesse in a non profit organization. 

The inaugural race was a 2mile course and was held in 2012. The 5k race started in 2013 and ran until 2017.

Felittese Italian Festival runs through Sept. 8th, 9th, 10th with ethnic foods, refreshments, raffles.
