The 2022 Miles of Smiles 5K & 1-Mile Walk

Serving Other Souls (S.O.S.), a non-profit organization comprised of students from 7th-12th grade, presents the 13th Annual Miles of Smiles 5K and 1 Mile Fun Walk.

This years race is back on it's original Memorial Day Weekend date.   MAY 30, 2022.   

The race will be conducted at BOYCE PARK SKI LODGE as the in-person event for 2022 or folks can again participate in our VIRTUAL EVENT and run or walk at their own time and place if they do not wish to participate with large crowds. Participants will sign up and pay for either the in-person 5K run or 1-Mile Walk  OR the VIRTUAL 5K or VIRTUAL 1-Mile Walk.

For well over a decade, the Miles of Smiles 5K net proceeds have benefited the families of Sunny Carney (5 times), Lorri Nixon (2 times), Kristin Croyle, Bruce Linhart, Susan Pinal, the Miracle League of Western PA, Sal DeFilippo, Heidi Scriven, Stephen Johnston, Robin Wareham (2 times), Christine Laliberte, Monica Pilyih, Kenneth Millett, Chris Chamberlain, Brian Stroup (2 times), Brent Brewster, Aubrey Hussey, Brice Beaver, Robert Ellson, Dave Shott, Maggie Watson, Dan Marsiglio, Patricia Thompson, Danielle Zurisko, Lori Sepp Noal, and Katie Smith.
