IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING WEATHER:
This event is a rain/shine event.
This means that if it rains (and as long as the temperature isn’t low enough to freeze any surfaces), this event IS A GO…even in the rain….”skin is waterproof😀”
In the event that we experience bad weather such as snow or ice or any weather that would cause the course to be unsafe, we will cancel the event.
There will be no refunds due to the fact that at this point all of the expenses for a race of this magnitude have been paid for.
It’s important to understand that IF we need to cancel this event due to extreme weather, we will not issue any refunds and although we will try to reschedule the event,
we cannot guarantee that that will be possible.
NOTE: We do not issue any refunds, transfers or credits for any reason. We have the right to revise or cancel the race due to emergency or weather issue....
(but we really hope this doesn't happen:-)
