Description

Reserve some time for yourself on February 4 and elevate your sense of Connection, Awareness, Levity, and Mindfulness. 

 

SESSIONS

C.A.L.M. will offer a total of five virtual yoga and meditation sessions that are suitable for all skill levels and will provide the necessary tools to strengthen both body and mind.  

  • Flow Yoga || 7:00am - 7:45am
  • Meditation Session 1 || 10:00am - 10:20am
  • Power Yoga || 12:30pm - 1:15pm
  • Meditation Session 2 || 3:00pm - 3:20pm 
  • Restorative Yoga || 7:00pm - 7:45pm

**All session will be streamed via Zoom. No in-person classes will be available. 

Registration for this event is free of charge; however, participants are encouraged to make a minimum donation of $10 when signing-up.
