Welcome to the Virtual Fashion Dash to End Clothing Insecurity

We hope you're ready to Dash! Whether you're walking, running, biking, dancing, or even shopping, we appreciate you joining The Wardrobe to end clothing insecurity. Dash results can be submitted November 1-8 here on the Fashion Dash website. 
To Complete Your Personal Fashion Dash: 
Click on the profile icon at the top right corner of this page and select "Profile". Scroll down to "Upcoming Events" and click "Submit Virtual Results". From there you'll log your Fashion Dash activity and finishing time. After you submit your result you can upload a picture from your race. Be sure to post on social media as well to update your followers and donors and tag The Wardrobe @thewardrobeorg

Celebrate All Week Long!  

Monday November 1 - Take a picture of you training (or with your Swag Box if it's arrived) and post to social media using #dashWEARyouare
Tuesday November 2 - Dash to the polls! Count the steps to your polling place and cast your ballot to vote in local elections. Post a picture of you walking
Wednesday November 3 - The Fashion Dash Awards Ceremony is one week from today, don't forget to RSVP 
Thursday November 4 - Load your results so far and a few pictures from your race to the Fashion Dash website and social media
Friday November 5 - Fundraising Friday! Take time to thank all of the people who donated to your Dash
Saturday November 6 & Sunday November 7 - Dash Weekend! Last chance to hop skip, skate, hike, run or dash your 5K. Don't forget to upload a picture or video clip to be included in the Fashion Dash Awards Ceremony montage

Fashion Dash Awards Ceremony

Tune in live on Zoom or join us in person to celebrate and shop at the Philadelphia and Lansdowne stores during the event. There will be a short program at 6pm to recap the Fashion Dash, provide fundraising results, and award this year's FUNDracers. 
Awards will be given to: 

• Top Individual FUNDracer (individual with the most dollars raised)
• Top FUNDracing Team (team with the most dollars raised)
• Most Popular (highest number of donors)
• All Star Team (most activities logged during Fashion Dash Week)
• Best Dressed (post your outfit on social media during Fashion Dash Week using #dashWEARyouare)

Why We Dash

Our goal is to raise $30,000 and we can't cross the finish line without you!  For every $50 raised, we can outfit someone else including the thousands of Afghan refugees who are resettling in our community this year.  With your support, we will continue to expand our services and provide clothing to anyone in need anywhere they are with our new Returning Wardrobe program to help those who are formerly incarcerated, and send Wardrobe Boxes anywhere with the clothing people need. 

If you'd still like to register you have until November 15 to fundraise! During the Fashion Dash you aren't just a participant, you are FUNDracer! Every $50 we raise during the Fashion Dash allows The Wardrobe to provide another outfit to someone in need.  When you reach - or exceed - your FUNDracing Milestones, you earn Fashion Dash swag and have a greater impact in our community.

  Download your Virtual Bib & social media swag bag. Your registration fee allows The Wardrobe and Wings for Success to outfit someone for their job interview
• Ready… Raise $100
  Earn a Fashion Dash T-Shirt.  And your fundraising completes their outfit with job search support
• Set… Raise $250 
  Earn a Fashion Dash Medal while providing a wardrobe as someone starts  their new job
• Go… Raise $500 
  Earn a Racer Pack with treats to fuel your Fashion Dash as your support fills someone’s closet in their new home
• Finish Line… Raise $1,000 
  Earn a Sip & Shop Bottle while supporting a Work It professional branding seminar for 20 job seekers
• Victory Lap… Raise $1,500 
  Earn your own personally-styled Wardrobe Box while sending 30 Wardrobe Boxes to clients outside our area

The Fine Print: FUNDracing goals must be met by 9/30 to guarantee t-shirt size availability. FUNDracer boxes will be sent the week of October 25th and include swag for milestones met by 10/18.  FUNDracing milestones completed after 10/18 will have fulfillment at the conclusion of the Fashion Dash fundraising period (11/15/21).
