Josie Gleave-Kerr Memorial Walk/Run

The THIRD annual Josie Kerr Memorial Run is dedicated to our beloved "Josie" (Joanne Kerr-Gleave), who was a selfless mother, sister, daughter, aunt, cousin, and friend. Josie passed away on May 12th, 2017 at the age of 41 after a long battle with breast cancer, leaving behind her beautiful 18-year-old daughter Sara. Sara graduated from Archbishop Wood and is a sophomore at Penn State University, majoring in nursing. Josie always wanted Sara to receive a good education and do well in school. Before Josie passed away, she expressed concerns about Sara's future endeavors and not being physically and financially present to support her daughter. This event was organized in honor of Josie to help raise funds for Sara's college tuition and additional services such as housing, meal plan, books, lab fees, etc. All proceeds will go directly to a bank account set-up specifically for Sara's college tuition.
