It's the most RUNderful time of the year! Start your holiday season off on the right foot!
The start and finish for the race is the driveway leading to the Tyler Park Center For The Arts (TPCA)
12K o’ Christmas: 7.45 Miles in Tyler State Park, (surface is paved asphalt bike path) and may be snw covered or icy
WE LEAD YOU DOWN THE STREETS OF TOWN…
and our gift to you: We've made the nastiest of the hills on this course the DOWNHILLS!
The climbs will be the longer gradual climbs NOT the steep hills of Tyler

If you only run Tyler once a year, this is the course to run
Course will be marked by the Kilometer Marks along the way (not the mile marks) in homage to the holiday classic. You might want to wear your GPS (or you have something to ask Santa for!)
TIME LIMITS: THE PACE LIMIT IS 14:53 PER MILE. (that's 6:30 marathon pace) you can continue on the course after that time but may do so unsupported by the race.
COVID MITIGATION PLANS STILL IN EFFECT. As of the permitting process, we still need to follow certain procedures. You, by your entry agree to follow any and all protocols in place at the time of the event to ensure that we all follow the letter of the law of all permits, which will prevent the DCNR from stopping the race as it happens. Currently though there are no COVID restrictions and no vaccination requirement.
You may want to Self-Carry Hydration. We will have refilling stations on the course but at the time of publication you are responsible to carry your own. runningWATER REFILLING STATIONS WILL BE LOCATED at 1.2 MILES, 2.9 MILES, 4.1 MILES, 6.2 MILES and the Start-Finish
INDIVIDUAL STARTS (no mass start) our time trial style start, by seeded times allows room while getting everyone off close together, and takes less time
Some mitigation strategies may change by race day. Please read the Runners Guide emailed to you prior to the race for final details,
CRACKED BELL custom sublimated long sleeves (unisex sizing) for all participants but with conditions..
At the time of registration opening we're thinking BUMBLE!
Participants who registered by October 9, 2022, will receive their shirt additional holiday swag on race day. Volunteers who enlist by October 9, 2022 will also receive a sublimated shirt and gift bag. If you register after October 10, you will get a shirt but it will be put into production and delivered at a later date, once a fill-in order is completed
