Freeport Girls Basketball Howl-O-Ween Hustle-5K/10K Run with a Virtual Option

Please join us for the 7th annual Freeport Girls Basketball Howl-O-Ween Hustle 5k/10k Run/Walk with a Virtual option!  The Howl-O-Ween Hustle is the primary fundraiser of the Freeport Girls Basketball Program (elementary thru high school). This event will be held at the beautiful Butler Freeport Rails-to-Trails Monroe Road trailhead. 

The course is flat and fast, making it a perfect run for first timers as well as seasoned runners looking for a new PR.  It is an out and back on the trail.  We welcome all abilities. Costumes are encouraged!

Be sure to register before 10/20/2021 to guarantee a special edition t-shirt!

Race Day registration is open at 7:30 am.  $30.00 for ages 19 and up, $25.00 for ages 6 - 18.

Free parking at the new Buffalo Creek Nature Park-Audoban Society of Western Pennsylvania! 154 Monroe Road in Sarver. Restrooms available.

What is a virtual race?
A virtual race is an event where participants can run or walk from any location you choose:  a treadmill, your neighborhood, the park, the trail, your local track!  You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself!  Your registration fee will still include a race t-shirt.  After you have completed your race, please email your results to our race director at ksoilis@zooominternet.net and we will send out the final results.

The Howl-O-Ween Hustle is the 3rd jewel in the Freeport Triple Crown Race series.  Run all three events (Freeport Flash 5k/10k Run/Walk, John Cossy Costantino Memorial 5k/10k , Freeport Girls Basketball Howl-o-ween Hustle 5k/10k) and earn a limited edition Triple Crown T-shirt!  You also will receive a 10% discount when registering for the Triple Crown!
