David's New Day 11th Annual 5k Run/ 1 Mile Fun Walk- Join us Live or Virtually- Sat, 10/05/24!

LOCATION/REGISTRATION FOR LIVE RUN/WALK: Race start and registration located in Warminster Community Park - 300 Veterans Way Warminster, Pa 18974 Registration opens at 7:45 AM.  5K Race and Fun Walk start at 9:00 AM.  RAIN OR SHINE NO REFUNDS.  BUT YOUR REGISTRATION IS GOING TOWARDS A GOOD CAUSE:) 

VIRTUAL RUN/WALK DIRECTIONS: We would LOVE for you to join us LIVE.  However, if you will be away or would rather run your own course, feel free to join us virtually! Runners/Walkers can complete their distances on their regular training courses, on a treadmill, or anywhere that feels right. Between October 5th and October 11th, complete your run/walk and take pictures of yourself and your time (if running) and share them on David's New Day Facebook with a tag  #Davidsnewday5k!  If you choose the virtual option, detailed instructions will be emailed to you on how to report back your time officially.

COURSE: The 5K course is a loop starting on the runway at Warminster Community Park.  This is an extremely fast course so expect great times.  If you are looking for a PR before the end of race season this is the course for you.  Scenic 1 Mile fun walk through the park begins at 9:00 AM at separate start.  Professionally timed by Bryn Mawr Racing Co. AMENITIES: T-Shirts are while supplies last! Multiple door prizes, raffle items and fun music. Refreshments available to all participants.  Tons of parking right at registration. Multiple clean public restrooms.  Awesome playground for the kids, pavilions and picnic areas.  THIS EVENT IS FAMILY FRIENDLY!

AWARDS: Awards for the top male and female finishers.  Awards for the top 3 male and 3 female finishers in the following age groups: 9 and under.  10 – 14.  15 – 18.  19 – 29.  30 – 39.  40 – 49.  50 – 59.  60 – 65. 65 and over.  You must be present to accept your award.  No awards will be mailed.
