Breaker Brewing Company Giants Despair Mile

The final race in the Fastest Man series is the challenging Breaker Brewing Company Giants Despair Mile, contested on August 22 at 7:00 PM, over the famed Giants Despair Hill Climb course in Laurel Run PA. The cost to enter this race alone is $20.  PLEASE NOTE THE RACE BEGINS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE HILL, WHERE THE BIG OPEN PARKING LOT IS - NOT AT BREAKER BREWING, which is a short walk away.  We will have a table and porta-potty at the race start line that you will see.

This race is run over a paved road course, closed to traffic, and has 650 grueling feet of elevation climb over the mile distance. The GPS coordinates for the race venue are 41°13'23.3"N 75°51'55.5"W.

Immediately after the race, all series entrants are invited to a FREE awards after-party inside Breaker Brewing Company where there will food and refreshments.  There will be a healthy choice food option and each runner will receive one drink chip, with the opportunity to purchase more drinks from the bar as desired. Runners who did not enter the entire series or who would like to bring others, can do so at a cost of $10.00 each.  The party tickets can be added to your order at checkout.
