The course will start and finish at Heebner Park and includes paved and packed gravel trails.

 All participants guaranteed to receive a t-shirt (if registered by 3/12/2025), refreshments, water stations, and snacks. In addition, kids fun run participants will receive a medal! If registered after 3/12/2025, shirts will be available while supplies last on a first come, first serve basis.

$40 for 5K Walk/Run and 1 Mile Fun Walk (early bird rates for those registered before 2/7/2025

The Strides of Hope 5K is a chip-timed race. Special Prizes will be awarded to the following 5K finishers:

Participants may their pick up packets for other members of their team or party. 

The Strides of Hope 5K has provided funding for The Center for Loss and Bereavement to support their mission - being a resource of specialized knowledge and professional support to provide meaningful connection and restorative guidance for those impacted by grief. 

Participants have the option to fundraise individually or as part of a team to increase their impact on The Center for Loss and Bereavement and have the opportunity to receive incentive prizes! 

Awards will be given to individual fundraisers who reach designated fundraising levels.

Individual: $250 raised, receive a Strides of Hope Insulated Cooler Bag
Individual: $500 raised, receive a Strides of Hope Hoodie Sweatshirt
Individual: $1,000 raised, receive a CLB Stanley 30oz Tumbler 

Team Fundraising: Team Captain of highest fundraising team will be awarded an unforgettable week-long retreat at the stunning Landshark beachfront property in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina! 

Rules and Regulations:

• Available from November 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026, excluding Thanksgiving and Easter, subject to availability. (Dates are not negotiable.) 
• Departure cleaning is included, guest will provide their own
•  linens or can rent from a local company.
• No pets, smoking, motorcycles, or house parties

Honor the memory of someone with Memorial Photo Dedication Sign. For a $100 donation, you can honor and celebrate the life of a cherished person who has passed away.

Shuttles run every 15 minutes from 7am-12pm. Please keep in mind that the 5K Run/Walk starts at 9am. We recommend allowing enough time to park and shuttle over.
