Dare to Dream Ranch Trail 5K for Veterans

Run or Walk our trails at the ranch to support our troops!   This is Dare to Dream Ranch's 5th Annual Trail Race for Veterans.  Prizes awarded for top finishers of 5K (male and female). 

**Register by August 15th and get the following 2 BONUS items**
- Free t-shirt included in 5K registration if you sign up by August 15! 
- Submit the name of a US veteran that you want to honor and the name of that person will be proudly displayed on the course

This is a family friendly event with a separate 1/2 mile kids course available. Watch from the sidelines as the kids course is fully viewable from the starting line. You may also opt to sign up kids for 5K course if accompanied by an adult. 

Steer rides and petting zoo available for purchase at event for an additional $10.

Parking offsite with free shuttle to starting line.  50 premier parking spaces available onsite for an additional $10.  

Why Run/Walk with Us

Dare to Dream Ranch is on a special mission to provide military members, veterans, and their families struggling with PTSD a renewed sense of purpose for life.  We are a non-profit organization that offers alternative therapy programs for our service members, veterans and their families with PTSD, anxiety, depression, military sexual trauma, mild traumatic brain injury and stroke recovery. We offer equine therapy, woodworking, fly tying/fishing, kayaking, hiking, days at the range, beekeeping, resume writing, career coaching, tiny homes for retreats and at risk of homeless, and more to help them be successful civilians. Starting in April 2021 we will have a tiny home on our facility for a homeless veteran to work our facility and participate in agritherapy, at no cost to them, to allow them to save money to purchase their own home.

Your race entry and any additional donation will help cover operating expenses for future expansion including building a gift shop to sell veteran/military family made products to help support them and bring in residual income to our facility, additional land to build fishing pond and tiny homes on the ranch for veterans in recovery programs.  Thank you for your support !!
