Who: YOU, the women of She Tris!
*You do not have to be a past or current She Tris participant, so invite your friends to join you.
What: 27 mile bike, 9.5 mile run, and 2 Anne Moore Endurance Coaching virtual workouts.
When: Two week virtual challenge runs 4/27-5/10
Distances: 27 mile bike, 9.5 mile run, and 2 (15 minute) Anne Moore Endurance Coaching workouts. If you do not use social media, but still want to take part in the Anne Moore Endurance Coaching workout part of the Virtual challenge follow this link.
Participants have two weeks to complete the total distances and can break them up over as many days/workouts as the participant prefers. Distance can be completed inside or outside on your bike/trainer and by walking or running outdoors/on treadmill. If using a non smart bike trainer estimate by time it would normally take you to ride on the road. Participant must abide by all social distancing rules.
We would love for you to share your progress and photos as you complete the challenge! We will make a video montage with your shared photos at the halfway point and at the end of the challenge! Please join our She Tris JOURNIES Group on social media to share and post photos. Let’s keep everyone motivated near and far! Don’t forget to use the hashtag #betheshe on IG and FB.
