Staying active during this quarantine has been a bit of a challenge, but you know what you can do anywhere, anytime, with any weighted object?

SQUATS!

We are challenging YOU to challenge yourself to do oodles of weighted squats this October. Better yet, grab that un-carved pumpkin you've got sitting on your porch and squat that squash!

Choose whether you challenge yourself to complete 1000 weighted squats or 2000 weighted squats during the month of October. Whichever challenge you decide best fits you and your performance level is totally up to you, and the cost for either challenge is exactly the same. 

If you choose 1000 squats, you’ll be doing around 250 squats a week or 32ish squats a day.
If you go big and choose 2000 squats, you’ll be doing around 500 squats a week or about 64ish squats a day. 


Grab that pumpkin you've got lying around, or any other weighted object, and get to squating. You can hold the object close to your body at your chest, away from your body at your chest, or overhead. It doesn't matter! It's totally up to you. Your goal is to squat so that your knees stay behind or in line with your toes, and your booty gets as close to parallel to the ground as your flexibility allows.

Challenge T-Shirt

Included in your registration fee is an event shirt to commemorate your hard work! You’ll choose between a Unisex T-Shirt, Ladies Cut T-Shirt, Mens Cut Tank, or a Ladies Cut Tank. All shirts are made from 100% preshrunk ringspun cotton. 

The specs for each shirt option are included below. We recommend that you measure a shirt you already love to decide which size shirt to choose. 

Please note that your shirt will reflect the number of squats in the challenge you registered for.
