Description

Join us for the annual Moms' Run event on Mother's Day weekend, May 11, 2024!

We are proud to introduce a new addition to our event lineup - a 1-mile walk option.
In addition to our well-loved 5K run/walk, we are now offering a 1-mile walk, making it accessible for everyone to participate and support an incredible cause. Our Moms' Run event has always been about coming together as a community, and this new walk option ensures that everyone, regardless of fitness level, can join us in making a difference.

We are also bringing back our popular Kids Dash, along with a dedicated kids activity area featuring a photo booth and scavenger hunt. This means there's fun for the whole family, making our annual Moms' Run a truly inclusive event where every member can be part of the action.

Registrants will receive:

  • Commemorative race t-shirt
  • Race bag to our first 500 check ins to packet pickup
  • Flowers given to all of our 1-mile and 5K finishers
  • Free coffee, cookie and finish line snacks
  • Family fun activities pre and post race

As we gear up for the 21st Annual Moms' Run, we're embracing our powerful motto for 2024: "Let's Face This." This year, our run is more than just a race; it's a call to action, a collective step forward in addressing and supporting maternal mental health.

Maternal mental illness affects 1 in 5 new moms, yet it remains one of the most under-discussed issues in our society. "Let's Face This" represents our commitment to breaking the silence, offering support, and promoting healing within our community. Together, we can break the silence and create a brighter future for mothers and their families. As always, 100% of the proceeds support Postpartum Support Charleston and the work done right her in the Charleston community.

Thank you for being a part of this incredible journey. We look forward to seeing you on May 11th!
