This Mother's Day the community comes together to walk, run, and support mothers across Charleston. This family-friendly event includes our popular Kids Dash, activities for children, and The Mom Village, a welcoming space where families can gather, connect with local partners, and celebrate motherhood together before and after the race.
Your participation helps Postpartum Support Charleston provide free programs, peer support, and community spaces for moms navigating pregnancy and postpartum across the Charleston Tri-county area. We can’t wait to gather with you.

No, you will not be able to get into the venue once the race has started. This will be a closed course until all runners & walkers have cleared the course. There is only one way in and one way out, so please arrive by 7:45 a.m. to ensure you can participate.
Yes. Strollers are welcome in the 5K and the Mom Village Walk.
For safety, walkers will remain in designated lanes during the event
Flowers will be given to our finishers in honor of Mother's Day.
Yes, you can pickup for a friend. Just be sure to let them know.
Yes, packet pickup will be open on race morning starting at 6:45 a.m. at Philip Simmons High School.
The 5K is a timed race that exits the track and follows a marked course before returning to finish on the track.
The Mom Village Walk is a relaxed, untimed one-mile walk that stays inside the track. It’s designed for moms, families, and supporters who want to participate in a community-centered way.
Both options support Postpartum Support Charleston’s mission.
No. The Mom Village Walk is not timed and is meant to be a relaxed way to gather and participate together.

The Mom Village is a welcoming gathering space at the event where families can rest, connect, and visit with community partners before and after the race.
The Mom Village also represents our year-round gatherings, including Friday Walks and other community offerings.
