TO RESOLVE A MISSING RUNNER ISSUE, YOU WILL NEED TO GIVE US YOUR NAME, BIB NUMBER, AND A DESCRIPTION OF WHAT YOU WERE WEARING AT THE RACE. THAT WAY, WE CAN REVIEW THE FINISH LINE VIDEO AND PICK YOU OUT AT THE FINISH LINE.
It usually takes 24 hours to learn about and resolve timing issues, so we plan on posting the FINAL RESULTS AND AWARDS on Sunday afternoon.

Ready, Set, Aloha! Introducing the first annual Big Kahuna Run at Hampton Station presented by the creative running team at Greenville Track Club. The Big Kahuna Run comes while Spring is in full bloom and warm breezes are blowing. So stow away the tights and break out the jammers, Summer is near!
The GTC Big Kahuna Run is a Hawaiian themed event. Every runner receives a high quality t-shirt with the distinctive BKR logo, a flowery finisher's Lei and a souvenir button. Bring your sunglasses to complete the look. Please no Birkenstocks with socks unless they are hot pink!
The 5K course is the same one used for the Blarney Stone Run. It starts and finishes in the "canyon" at Hampton Station. This is a fun run at heart, so prepare for a foam machine or two along the route.
Unfortunately we will still have to abide by Covid-19 safety protocols, so all participants must wear masks before and after the race. If you have a mask in a floral pattern, that will do fine.
SPECIAL PRICING NOTE: We have enabled Age Based Pricing for this event, so "Kids Ages 6 to 14" will receive a substantial discount at registration check out. The Kids price is generally $9 less than the Adult price but could vary slightly. The Kids price does not include a shirt. As always, there is no charge for Kids 5 and Under.
Sign up early for the best price. The race is barely a month away and introductory prices won't last long. We're also capping the race at 300 participants so don't get shut out. We look forward to seeing you at the Big Kahuna!
