Saltwater 5K

The Saltwater Highland Games & Heritage Festival is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to furthering the Celtic Heritage through music, athletics and customs of the Scottish Heritage and the continuance of the Gaelic culture. This year we have added a 5K run/walk on Friday evening. Race participants will receive a t-shirt (t-shirts guaranteed to those registered by March 5) and complimentary entry to the Highland Games. Special thanks to our Presenting Saltwater 5K Sponsor Chick-Fil-A. Race proceeds will benefit Special Olympics.

Packet Pickup/Late Registration Information:
Thursday, March 22 5:00-7:00pm at Black Dog Running Company (1600 Farrow Parkway, MB)
Friday, March 23 beginning 5:30pm at NMB Sports Complex-Soccer Fields (150 Citizens Circle, Little River)

Parking:
Follow the directional signs toward the soccer field complex and park in that lot.

Perks:
Race participants registered by March 5 will receive a t-shirt.
All registered participants receive a complimentary entry to the Highland Games for Saturday and Sunday.
Each participant receives a finisher medal.

Awards:
Overall male/female 1-3rd place
Age groups male/female 1st place only: 0-10, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and up
