2026 Ghost of the Coast 5K

We are excited to announce that the Ghost of the Coast 5K is back! We will be hosting it on a new track starting out at the South Strand Recreation Center and continue around the area on pavement. We encourage you to dress in your best costumes and stay after the race for our Fall Festival, filled with food, music, fun, and vendors!

5K - 8am

Awards will be given in the following categories (Must be present to receive award, no mailing of awards)

Overall:
Male and Female 1st, 2nd, 3rd 

Age Division Structure: (Age group awards are based on net chip time)
0 to 9
10 to 19
20 to 29
30 to 39
40 to 49
50 to 59
60 to 69
70 Plus

Parking:

Parking will be at the South Strand Recreation Center (9650 Scipio Lane, Myrtle Beach, SC 29588)

Packet Pick-Up/Late Registrations:

Friday, October 23, 2026 

Government and Justice Center from 9am-11am

South Strand Recreation Center from 4pm-6pm

Saturday, October 24, 2026
