Coaches Diane and Akemi, assisted by a team of mentors, bring RRCA training and years of experience to the table and are here for you.
Prerequisites:

Full Marathon Training: Participants should be able to complete a 10 mile run before training start date.
This can be a combination of run/walk.

Half Marathon Training: Participants should be able to complete a 5K distance run before training start date.
This can be a combination of run/walk.

5K Training: There are no prerequisites for this training program.

- This is the date of the Myrtle Beach Marathon, which includes a Full Marathon, Half Marathon, and 5K distance.
- Registration for this race or any race is not mandatory. This is simply the target date we choose to have you "goal ready."
Training Cost:

Full Marathon: $165.00/participant (does not include race entry fee)

Half Marathon: $125.00/participant (does not include race entry fee)

5K: $85.00/participant (does not include race entry fee)
Program Includes:

Daily training plan including a variety of workouts, cross training, and rest days

3 weekly "coach led" team workouts for training team members only.

Individual meeting with coach to discuss training goals.

Coach feedback on many of your individual workouts.

Training Meeting Times:

Saturdays at 6:15am - Long Run

Wednesdays at 6:15pm - Speedwork
