Running For Rascals

Welcome to our virtual race! We are asking all who want to go virtual to pick any 5k( a little over 3 miles) site to walk,run,jog,or stroll On Saturady,October 3rd!) Those who would like to meet us at the Mary Black Rail Trail behind the old Rickys can do so at 8am! We start at 830!

Monroe's Mighty Mission is a 501(c)(3) volunteer based, grassroots, incorporated nonprofit working to meet the needs of animals throughout our community so those needs do not become the reason for surrender or abandonment. 

This often includes working to keep pets in the homes where they are loved by providing assistance for meals, medical care and other supplies.Their major partner is Mobile Meals. They provide pet food to their recipients monthly, many of whom are disabled, elderly and living on fixed incomes.

On average annually, they send out approximately 10,000 lbs of pet food to hungry pets all throughout our community and cover around $7,000 of veterinary expenses for those who need it.
