Strides for Mental Health Virtual 5k walk/run

Come join us for a mindful jog or even a refreshing walk! In this initiative, we are focusing on self-care and outlets to improve mental well-being! On the treadmill, on your bike, or even with your dog at the park- tag us in your pictures via social media to be featured with the hashtag #ILoveYouAndSoDoOthers ! Collaboratively, we can bring awareness to mental well-being and efforts of self-care! With your $20 donation, you will receive some Team Jake swag!

Team Jake is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) spreading hope through sharing personal experiences of suicide and mental health by educating the communities around us through various platforms, with the purpose to save lives. We are fundraising to expand our outreach to scholarships, college campuses and other areas we can serve. We need your support to help others know they are not alone.
