Description
The Premise Health Virtual 5K and 10K were started in 2020 to keep us socially connected while maintaining a physical distance. While physical distancing standards have changed in the last couple of years, our intent to stay socially connected with our Premise Health members has not. Our virtual 5K and 10K are great races to introduce overall well-being and physically challenge yourself to get, stay, and be well. Registration is required to participate in this event.
Join us and your organization anytime between Friday, May 5 - Sunday, May 14 and run or walk the Virtual 5K/10K.
EVENT DETAILS
Date: Friday, May 5 - Sunday, May 14
Time: Participants can record their time anytime from May 5 at 5 a.m. through May 14 at 11:59 p.m. EST
Where: Anywhere! You can map your own personal route or complete it on a treadmill.
How do I participate? Walk or run 3.1 (5K) or 6.2 (10K) miles and submit your time.
