AutismTN Pajama 5k

Join us for the AutismTN Pajama Walk and 5k, where your love for running meets a vital mission! The Pajama 5k features a timed run on a certified course (see map below), providing an amazing experience for fitness enthusiasts. Beyond the personal achievement, this 5k serves as a crucial fundraiser for AutismTN, supporting our mission to provide resources, support, and opportunities for our local autism community.  

Following the 5k, don't miss the 5th Annual AutismTN Pajama Walk! This walk symbolizes powerful community support and acts as a beacon for increased awareness and acceptance of autism in Middle TN. Here are the details:
This race will go rain or shine!
There are no refunds allowed.
There is a maximum of 250 runners to ensure safety of the public.
All participants will receive a finishers medal. There will be trophies awarded for overall top 3 runners. 
Runners will have 1.5 hours to complete the course. 
There will be first-aid and water stations along the course.
There are be restrooms inside the park, but none along the actual course.

Please Note: Bikes, hoverboards, rollerblades, pets are not allowed on the race course for safety of the public throughout the event. Walkers are welcome but must start in the back. Service animals are welcome and must be on a leash and must start in the back to not disrupt runners and for safety. Please email us if you wish to run with your service animal.

Race day registration (if not sold out): $60
Sign up by August 10th to be guaranteed a t-shirt. If you miss the cutoff, and we still have unclaimed shirts, please see registration tent to claim a shirt after completion of course.

Volunteers
We are looking for volunteers to help both before and during the event.  Volunteer needs include: packet prep (Sept 14th), packet pickup handout (Sept 20th), course setup, course water stations.  Please sign up HERE! Volunteers will receive shirts (while supplies last) and snacks post race!
