Description
Welcome to the inaugural Arlington Independence Firecracker 5K held on July 4 on the Arlington Independence Day Parade Route. The course is a two loop course starting and finishing at the UT Arlington Parking lot at southeast corner of Mitchell and Speer streets, 140 W. Mitchell St. THERE IS NO PARKING AT THE START/FINISH LINE LOT.
Register by June 25 to be assured of run t-shirt.
Medals will be awarded for top three in 8 age-divisions, plus overall male and female, masters male and female
Packet pickup 1-5 p.m. July 2 at The Runner Shop, 3535 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington
No day-of registration
No day-of packet pickup
Route must be cleared by 8:15 a.m. Anyone left on the route at 8:30 a.m. will be picked up or asked to leave the course. Strollers and well-behaved dogs on leashes are allowed.
PARKING IS AVAILABLE AT Grand and West streets in LOT S50 & LOT S51. You can open UTA Parking lot map HERE.
