Join Team DRC for this year's Spring Virtual Training Programs to get you race ready for a Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K, 5K, or just for fun!

 

The Dallas Running Club Spring Virtual Training Program is a volunteer-led experience created to help runners and walkers of all levels get ready for their fall race! Our coaches will help you with: 

Nutrition  |  Accountability  |  Motivation  |  Race Preparation  |  Injury Prevention  |  Training Tips  |  Running Safety  |  And much more!

 

The DRC Spring Virtual Training Programs are 16 weeks of running/walking, strength training, and camaraderie culminating in your choice of race. 

Here's how virtual training works: 

Once you sign up, you will receive an email inviting you to join 2 Facebook Groups, one for your specific training program and one for the overall Dallas Running Club training program. The Facebook Group for your training program will be where you communicate with your coaches and fellow runners/walkers and view your training program schedule.
