2026 Rogers Ranger Run 5K/10K/Fun Run

Stand. Move. Endure.

Before there were Special Operations Forces, before there were green berets, before there was Ranger School, there were men on snowshoes in the frozen wilderness of North America.

In February 1758, Rogers Rangers marched through waist-deep snow near Fort Carillon and fought in brutal winter combat during what became known as the Battle on Snowshoes. Cold. Isolated. Outnumbered. They survived by discipline, stealth, and relentless will. From those frozen forests came the foundation of modern Ranger doctrine.

The Rogers Ranger Run honors that legacy.

All proceeds go towards the training and equipment of the 1st Armored Division Best Ranger Competition Team.

The Roger's Ranger 5K begins at 8 am on 14 Mar 2026 and is an out-and-back race on a paved trail.
The Roger's Ranger 10K begins at 8:30 am on 14 Mar 2026 and is an out-and-back race on a paved trail.
The Roger's Ranger Children's 1 mile Fun Run begins at 9:15 am on 14 Mar 2026 and is an out-and-back race on a paved trail.

All races begin at Ascarate Park. Enter the park and follow instructions for parking.

Packet pick-up is from 5-9 pm at 3625 Douglas Ave, El Paso, TX 79903.
Same-day packet pickup and same-day registration are at 6:30-7:45 am at Ascarate Park.

All 5K/10K racers will receive a T-shirt and a finishers' medal (sizes not guaranteed after 11 Mar 2026).
