Juneteenth 1 Mile

Awards will be given to 1st Overall male and female finishers, 1st Masters male and female finishers. Top 3 finishers in the following age/gender groups also will be awarded: 6 & Under, 7-8, 9-11, 12-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 & Over. 

The race is both for cultural purposes and to help raise funds for the Juneteenth Organization student scholarships.

Fort Worth, TX 76104

A fun-competitive race in southside Ft Worth. Location is @ E. Rosedale & Evans, near the Juneteenth Museum  @ 901 E. Rosedale; 5.4 mls W of 820 or 0.1 ml E of 35W.  From I-20, exit on 820 or 35W and go N to Rosedale; from 820 turn W (left) onto Rosedale / from 35W turn E (right) onto Rosedale; continue to Rosedale and Evans. OR  From I-30, exit on 820 or 35W and go S to Rosedale; from 820 turn W (right) onto Rosedale / from 35W turn E (left) onto Rosedale; continue to Rosedale and Evans.

Mail-in fees are $10 if mailed by 6/15/10 (Forms may be obtained by e-mail by contacting jephaa@yahoo.com or visiting http://www.runningintheusa.com/jeph on the Web). Walk-in fees (Jun. 16 – Jun. 18) are $10 at The RUNNER, 3535 W. Pioneer Pkwy, Arlington TX 76013 (817-461-2281). Race day fees are $15.
