Description
This will be a fundraiser with a 5k and one mile fun run and walk. The event Presented by Metro Family Ministries, (a 501c3) benefitting the ROC (Re'Creation Outreach Center) located in west Garland, Texas. The ROC has been serving Garland and especially it's youth for over 25 years. It houses a food pantry, pregnancy counseling, clothing closet, and many programs for the children such as summer lunches, summer recreation programs, Christmas gifts, Friday Nite live (fun, food, and Bible Study). To name a few of the programs at the ROC. The ROC has helped to redirect many at risk youngsters over the years. For more detailed information go to rocgarland.org.
