7run3 Presents the Toddler Mile Throwdown Challenge Series

Even though they would not remember this and you could just tell them that we rented a clown to make balloon animals and a miniature pony, the littlest 7run3 members are (or have) celebrating one year this year. In accordance with established USATF guidelines and since they aren't able to run 1 mile yet we shall do it for them.

Each week starting next week any time during the week you will run a mile as fast as you can or at the effort level of your choosing. The goal at which is to see if you can possible improve your mile time in a month's time. This is an opportunity for you to challenge yourself as well as celebrate this milestone of their development.
