Houston Spirits Run is the first of a series that is highlighting and promoting the exciting growth around the East River Project. Join us to watch the progress of this exciting development and be a part of the newest destination in East Downtown.
This is a unique run focused less on speed and more on fun with friends and family in our up and coming EADO neighborhood. The Houston Spirit run participants come from all different ages, shapes, sizes, and speeds; every participant will get event shirt, medal, HydraPouch and entrance to the post race party and have the time of their life. Whether you are an avid runner or prefer to stroll, the 3.1 miles of the Houston Spirit Run 5k™ course will have you energized and waiting for the next one! The course is flat and fast, so come on out for a PR.
Houston Spirits Run is a cupless event. You will receive a HydraPouch to use on the run with quick fill, ultraspouts on our coolers at the water stop and finish area. Feel free to bring your own water bottle.
Everyone over 21 and up will receive a free beer with each registration courtesy of Giant Texas Distiller.
