Run for a Cure Team Challenge

The theme for our race is STRONGER TOGETHER! We all know that there is strength in numbers. The most effective teamwork happens when individuals work together for a common goal. When it comes to beating cancer, support from family, friends and others can make a world of difference.

Create a team for the RUN FOR A CURE 5K and run or walk to support people affected by breast cancer.

The largest team will receive a Group Workout courtesy of The Fit Lab USA in Mansfield. We are happy to partner with this awesome facility to offer a session to the largest team. Join a team or create your own team during registration.

According to a study published on, regular exercise can help prevent cancer as well as help people undergoing cancer treatment. The experts recommend 30 minutes of aerobic exercise 3 times a week and strength training 2 to 3 times a week. Another study published on says exercise after a diagnosis of breast, colon, or prostate cancer is associated with longer survival.
