Run Texas 5k plus 1 Mile Fun Walk

Join us on July 18, 2026 for the Inaugural "RunTexas 5k" Run/Walk.

— Come too with the walkers in your family or crew  —Abuelita, in-laws, aunts. Build memories as they experience with you their first own 5k journey. Bring them all to WALK. RUN. JOG. CRAWL. REST. REPEAT. SUPPORT EDUCATION. Soon, running will become a shared experience.

▪ At the finish line?  You will earn our collectible finisher medal celebrating our "Great State of Texas".

📅 Date: Saturday, July 18th, 2026
📍 Location: Mission Hike & Bike Trails (1386 S Conway Ave. Mission, Texas 79572)

🏃‍♂️ 5K Run: 7:00 a.m.
🚶‍♀️ 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk: 7:10 a.m.

🌅 Arrival Time: Please arrive by 6:30 a.m. for parking, stretching, and warm-up

▪ Pre-race Warm Up Session will start promptly at 6:45 am. 

▪ Premium Event Shirt & Bib. Our T-Shirt sports a "World Cup Finals Weekend" Seal on the sleeve to celebrate that both events are taking place concurrently across the continent. 

👕 Shirt Deadline: June 25th
After this date, shirts will be available first come, first served at packet pickup. No sizes are guaranteed.

All participants (5K & 1 Mile) will pick up bibs and shirts during this time. No late pick-up on day of race.
