Get ready to dash through the heart of Royse City in holiday style at the Run Santa Run 5K! Starting at the Royse City Chamber Office, this festive fun run takes participants on a scenic route through our charming historic downtown, winding past local landmarks, Old City Park, and the Hidden Creek area before looping back to the Chamber office for a cheerful finish.

Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just in it for the holiday fun, everyone is encouraged to dress in their best Santa attire and join the merriment! Expect laughter, holiday spirit, and plenty of photo worthy moments along the way.

This community event celebrates fitness, fun, and the joy of the season, all while supporting local initiatives led by the Chamber and Emerging Leaders. Come run, walk, or jingle all the way through Royse City!

The Full Sleigh (5K Race): Ready for a challenge? Tackle the timed 3.1 miles and cross that finish line in style! All 5K participants will receive a fantastic finisher medal to show off their accomplishment and a commemorative race shirt to wear with pride.

The Mistletoe Mile (1 Mile Fun Walk/Run): Prefer a lighter holiday jaunt? Our 1 mile route is perfect for families, friends, or anyone who wants to soak up the fun at their own pace. All Mistletoe Milers will be rewarded with a festive finisher ribbon only.

So whether you’re a competitive runner aiming for a personal best or a family looking for a fun, festive morning, join us! Throw on your favorite holiday costume Santa suits, elf ears, reindeer antlers and help us make a difference while having a blast.

Race Start Time: 5K 8:00 am then 1 Mile at 8:05am
