Description
Join us on Saturday, November 16, as we cap off San Antonio ACTIVATE presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas! The District 4 Heroes 5K and Health Summit will be hosted at Port San Antonio.
Runners, walkers, and strollers are all welcome.
Event t-shirts will be limited and will be provided at packet pick up on a first come, first served basis. Finisher medals will be given out to the first runners to cross the finish line.

Please be aware there are several speed bumps along the course.
