See tritrainingwithtom.com for complete information. This session, Pool School One (PS1) is a 2.5-hour (1:30-4:00 pm) session held at the SOUTHLAKE Natatorium, 1501 W. Southlake Blvd., Southlake, TX 76092. PS1 consists of underwater filming of each swimmer from four different angles, review of the underwater video followed "dry land" (pool deck) stroke development. Then you're in the water learning and practicing Tom's first TWO "Pillars of Swimming," LENGTH and BALANCE.
You WILL leave a MORE "efficient" swimmer, covering distances with LESS effort and MORE efficiency.
Immediately following PSI, you need to have THREE people "on call" to brag about how you kick A** in the water after on a couple of hours.
IMPORTANT! The cost of PS1 is only $139!
Remember, everyone is "beginner" in Pool School!
You can expect sarcasm from your instructor.
NOTE: Each class is limited to 9 "Developing Athletes" (swimmers.)
