Dog Days Virtual 5K

Baby, it's hot outside!  For those intrepid athletes who are still braving the Texas temps and getting out to walk and run, here is a no-frills, no shirts, no awards virtual 5K with CEN-TEX SERIES POINTS!!  

Walk, run, crawl the exact course shown below (3.1 miles) between August 22-August 30 and self-report your time on RunSignUp.  All results will be posted Monday, August 31. The S/F of the course is down the sidewalk leading to the Pepper Creek trail just a short ways from the small parking lot.  It will be marked with a short line and an S/F.

This is another chance to complete enough races and earn enough points to attend the end of year Cen-Tex Series banquet and be in the running for an award.

Be sure to print out your digital bib and upload your race pictures to the RunSignUp site!

The course is marked with a S/F line (down the sidewalk about halfway between the small parking lot and the actual trail, in line with the end of the backstop and by the two trees on the left), and directional course arrows.  It is each participant's responsibility to closely review the map and be sure to go the correct route.
