Description

Join us on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at 7:30 am for this fun run. The Run the Solar System 5k Fun Run is hosted by the Southern Utah Space Foundation and is open to all ages. The race will wind up Coal Creek Trail and start at the Cedar Canyon Fields of Veteran's Park at 200 N. 200 E.

Participants will start at the Sun and run to Pluto in the Kuiper Belt. Distances between Solar System objects will be accurate in relation to each other. There will be prizes for all age groups.

The Coal Creek Trail starts at the Cedar Canyon Fields at Veteran's Park. 200 N. 200 E. in Cedar City, UT. The park is also right next to the corner of 275 N. Piute Drive, and has a baseball field behind the Veteran's Park.
