2025 New Year's Day Eaglebrook Ultra & Fun Run

The Eaglebrook Ultra and Fun Run is back for it's 6th year! On New Year's Day 2025, join your neighborhood friends for the shortest, most fun ultra race in the U.S. with a rigorous 0.1K added to the traditional 5K. We're tired of hearing from people who say they can't come because they don't run. So this year, we're adding a "fun run" that's less than a mile. If that's still too far, come out to cheer on the runners and enjoy the afterparty.

The run starts and finishes at the Eaglebrook cul-de-sac (the paved over sledding hill). The afterparty will include kid and adult friendly libations, New Year's Day fare, age group and other types of prizes, and tons of fun. This year it's $25 per person, which covers an Eaglebrook Ultra T-shirt, food, drinks, and prizes. We'll collect enough to cover costs, and if there's extra left over, we’ll donate it to the food bank.

Important - PLEASE READ before registering:

• If you want to receive a shirt on/before race day, you MUST register by Friday, December 20th. You can DEFINITELY register after that date, right up until New Year’s Eve, and you WILL get a shirt, but it will arrive after the event.
• Shirts come in adult men's, adult women's, and youth sizes, so select accordingly.
• Volunteers are MUCH appreciated, so please let us know if you'd like to volunteer either on the race course or at the after party.
• More details related to logistics will be sent via email as we get closer to the race.
• This is a family friendly, yet unsanctioned race – a fun run with your neighborhood friends, if you will. That means roads WILL NOT be closed, so please give cars the right-of-way, or use sidewalks, and please pay attention when crossing intersections.
