Pre-Race Spaghetti Dinner
Description
2026 will be the 13 year anniversary of the St. Louis Hawks 5K and Fun Run for Health & Wellness. The event was created in 2014 by the school's Physical Education Teacher, Mr. Luke Delaney, School Nurse, Kieran Mitchell, and CYO Cross-Country Coach, Chris Richey. Thirteen years later, the Hawks 5K goal, in conjunction with the St Louis PTO, remains to raise funds for academic enrichment and supplement student activities. Our secondary goal is to encourage a fitness activity together.
We hope you will join us for this event. Thank you for your support of our wonderful school!
Awards given for top male/female finishers, top faculty finisher and age group winners!
Important Registration Information:
In order to be guaranteed a t-shirt you must register by September 16th. Price increases begin on September 17th. There are no same day registrations.

**New for 2026: Join Us for Pre-Race Spaghetti Dinner**
On October 2nd, from 5PM-7PM the St. Louis Catholic School PTO will be hosting a pre-race spaghetti dinner at the St. Louis School Cafeteria.
Cost: $10 for adults and $5 for kids ages 5-14 if you register by September 25th. Ticket prices increase by $5 after September 25th. Kids under 5 eat for free.

The Hawks 5K serves as an important PTO fundraiser that supplements the curriculum at our school. We are raising funds for educational enhancements in our classrooms to provide more engaging and vigorous learning opportunities for our students. We hope you will consider a sponsorship. To receive the full promotional benefits you must provide payment and all sponsorship information by 09/15/25.
$3000: Presenting Sponsor - two (2) available
- In addition to all the benefits below, race materials and t-shirts will feature your business as the presenting sponsor of the race.
$750: St Louis Sponsor – all benefits at St Francis level plus:
- Large business logo on official race t-shirt
- Table or tent showcasing your business at the Hawks Pit Stop after the race
$500: St Francis Sponsor – all benefits at St Elizabeth Ann Seton level plus:
- 4 complimentary race registrations and 4 complimentary tickets to October 2nd spaghetti dinner
- Website link for business
$250: St Elizabeth Ann Seton Sponsor
- Logo placement/Family name on official race t-shirt
- 2 complimentary race registrations and 2 complimentary tickets to October 2nd spaghetti dinner.
- Listing in Parish Bulletin & School Newsletter and race registration website. This will reach more than 1,000 families.
- Opportunity to market business in race day bags. Please provide 200 copies of marketing materials no later than 9/29/25.Post-race recognition on signage at school
$150: Friends of St. Louis Sponsor
- Family name on post-race signage (race registrations NOT included and family name will NOT appear on t-shirt)
- Not available for corporate sponsors
*Please submit a JPG file of your logo to stlouishawks5k@gmail.com as soon as possible so we may begin recognizing your sponsorship but no later than 9/15/26. We ask that any promotional items that you wish us to include in the race day bags be dropped off at St. Louis Catholic School, attn: Hawks 5K, 2901 Popkins Lane, Alexandria, VA 22306 by 09/29/25.

Race Day Parking:
There will be NO parking available at St Louis School on Saturday.
Park next door in the Bryant High School parking lot on Saturday morning. Avoid street parking
ST. LUCY PROJECT FOOD DRIVE
We will be partnering again with St Lucy Project to collect non-perishable goods for their Alexandria Food Pantry during the month of October. Please check back in a few weeks for more details on bag collection and a list of most needed goods.
