Join us in spreading holiday cheer to families this December! You can help us reach our goal of serving more families by supporting this special initiative.
12 Days Of Christmas is a Change Our Future annual initiative that provides acts of kindness and joy to help families in need during the holiday season. The pandemic caused an economic crisis that has left many families homeless, without jobs, food or healthcare. The impact specifically on lower income communities is startling. 12 Days Of Christmas ensures adults and children have their basic needs met to thrive, learn, and grow.
Fill-A-Cart Giveaway- Change Our Future partners with Target & Meijer to gift select families facing hardships during the holidays a shopping experience. Families are able to shop for household items, basic necessities and toys. This year we will be in the Philadelphia and Cleveland communities!
Stocking Stuffer- Donate $50- To help us purchase a toy or special gift for one child during 12 Days of Christmas.
Silver Bell- Donate $100- To help us purchase one household item for a family.
Yuletide Magic- Donate $250- To help us secure essential items and gifts for up to four children and/or teens.
Holiday Hero- Donate $500- To allow COF to adopt one family and fill a shopping cart for the holidays
