A Forever Home 5k

Welcome to the Forever Home Virtual 5k! We're raising money for A Forever Home Rescue Foundation. This is a non-profit dog rescue group that operates in the Northern Virginia / Washington Metropolitan area. They work hard to make quality dogs available for adoption and do our best to match prospective adopters with the right animal! When you sign up for this race all proceeds will go to this foundation! There are many costs associated with caring for these dogs and getting them to their forever home! Your registration fee and optional donation will go towards many different things - here are some examples:

• $120 pays for a spay

• $105 pays for a neuter

• $65 pays for necessary vaccinations

• $35 pays for a heartworm test

• $25 pays for a month supply of flea and heartworm medication

For this virtual 5k you can run whenever and wherever you want in the month of February. After you register, you will receive a virtual bib in an email which you can use to submit your time for the 5k.
