NEW FOR 2020/2021 - The Ten Miler Training Program will be a virtual Winter Training Program with various timed events adhering to COVID-19 safety guidelines to motivate you through the upcoming colder months. All participants will receive a MASK which will be required to wear at in-person events.
Training Plans will begin Saturday, December 5, 2020.

The group will be broken into 6 different program levels based on each person's individual current training regimen. First time or out-of-shape folks are especially encouraged to join us for the 30th edition of this popular training program (over 5,000 have participated in this program over the years). The overall goal of the program is to guide each individual to a safe and successful race and to make exercise a permanent part of each participant's lifestyle!
COACH: Mark Lorenzoni has served as volunteer coach since the program started. He is assisted by a team of seasoned “Captains” who will oversee much of the training.
