Registration Costs and Deadlines: 

Note: To be guaranteed a giveaway option, you must be registered by 9/23/18 at 11:59pm

• $25 for pre-registration until 9/18 at 11:59 pm.
• $30 for pre-registration 9/19 - 9/28 at 11:59 pm
• $35 for race day registration.

 
* $5 discount for Charlottesville Track Club Members and UVA students who have an active "virginia.edu" e-mail account.

 Fundraise to Support One Love
One Love is doing tremendous work in educating youth about healthy and unhealthy relationship behaviors with the ultimate goal of ending relationship abuse. Fundraising dollars would help to reach more youth in more communities, more schools across the country and expand on content used to teach youth about the behaviors they should be looking for.
 
Suggested Fundraising Minimum per Runner: $100

Teams and Virtual Participants

Teams: Are you trying to convince your friends to run, but don't know how? Tell them to be part of your team! Teams consist of a minimum of 4 members, but there is no maximum. Awards will be provided to the fastest overall team based on total time. To be part of a team, you must register by 9/28/18 at 5pm.

Virtual Participant: Don’t want to run or walk, but you would still like to support a great cause? Sign up to be a Virtual Participant to show your support for the One Love Foundation and Yards for Yeardley. All participants will receive an official race T-shirt if registered by September 18th. After this date, shirts are available on a first come first serve basis.

Registration is $25 and T-shirts will be mailed out on Monday, October 2nd. 

Packet Pick-up / Day of Event Information:

Pre-registrants will provide the registration table with either your last name or QR code provided to you through the registration process. You will be given your bib number with disposable chip adhered to the back, along with the guaranteed giveaway if you are registered before 9/23/18.

Race day registrants will need to complete the registration form at one of the registrations kiosks. Once this is completed you will need to provide the registration table with your last name or QR code that was e-mailed to you, along with payment. You'll then be given your bib number with disposable chip and any remaining giveaways on a first come first serve basis.

Top 3 overall (Male and Female)
Top Team (combined time for top 5 team members)
Top Individual Fundraiser and Top Team Fundraiser

 
ABOUT THE ONE LOVE FOUNDATION
 
The One Love Foundation was founded in 2010 after Yeardley Love, a senior at the University of Virginia, was killed by her ex-boyfriend, also a UVA scholar athlete. After her death, Yeardley’s friends and family were stunned to learn that 1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men will be in an abusive relationship in their lifetime. Young women ages 16-24 are at 3X greater risk and have limited awareness of that fact. One Love exists because Yeardley was killed and her death was avoidable. 
 
One Love’s mission is to end relationship abuse by educating young people about healthy and unhealthy relationship behaviors. By educating people and starting conversations in our communities, One Love believes that we can make a difference and even save lives.
