All participants in the 5K, 1 Mile, and Tot Trot will receive a race t-shirt, but you must register by the t-shirt deadline on April 1st in order to guarantee your shirt. All participants in the 1 Mile and Tot Trot will receive a finishers medal! 5K participants ages 12 and under will also receive a finishers medal!

Egg Hunt
Join us for an Egg Hunt at the conclusion of races! There will be separate sections for 6 and under, then 7-8, and 9-10 years old.

5K - Top 3 Male and Female, Top 1 Male and Female in each of the following age groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
1 Mile - Top 3 Male and Female in each of the following age groups: 6 and under, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12
Packet Pick Up
Friday, April 18th from 5pm-7:30pm at Premier Athletics, 2773 Richmond Highway, Stafford, VA 22554.
Saturday, April 19th starting at 7:30am at Pratt Park (River Road side - near the playground).
5K Course Map
This 5K Course is an out and back course on the Belmont-Ferry Farm Trail. The 5K starts and ends near the playground at Pratt Park.
1 Mile Course
This 1 Mile Course is an out and back course on the Belmont-Ferry Farm trail in Pratt Park.
Tot Dash Course Map
The Tot Dash is a .25 Mile run/walk that starts past the restrooms at Pratt Park on the Belmont-Ferry Farm Trail and ends at the Finish Arch near the playground.
