“Let’s Finish the Run” Don Lambert Memorial 5k

5k run/walk thru Crump Park in Glen Allen to honor Captain Don Lambert who was tragically killed while out running in February 2021. He would want us to finish the run for him! 💙

This run will be mainly on asphalt but has short areas on grass and gravel. The park will not be completely closed to patrons so runners will need to use caution for moving vehicles. This is a certified 5k course that will be chip timed. 

No strollers, bicycles or dogs allowed. 
Registration includes time chipped bib, t-shirt and finisher medal. Park bathrooms will be open and available. Please check cut off date for guaranteed items on race day. 

****PACKET PICK UP- Friday, October 15 from 3-7pm at the Henrico Training Center. 7701 E. Parham Road. Parking lot entrance off of Shrader Road. You can also pickup your packet on race day at the registration table at the park from 7-730am. **** Virtual T-shirts and medals will be ordered and mailed after the event. There is no packet pickup for virtual participants.
